To Do List for the Website
Priories values should be LOW, MEDIUM, HIGH and URGENT. Do not set priority to HIGH unless it is something that needs to be handled within the next 24 hours. URGENT is only for critical tasks that need IMMEDIATE attention. Statuses you can use are, Complete, In Progress, Pending, On Hold, Reopened, Pending Assignment. Shortening of these statuses is acceptable to:
- C = Complete
- I = In Progress
- P = Pending
- H = On Hold
- R = Reopened
- PA = Pending Assignment
